Amy Frost : The Voice of Reason

Both the inspiration and the voice of Miriam DuFour, along as all the people of Achewillow, Amy is your narrator on this journey through the weird and wonderful.

A coffee addict and incredible baker herself, she’s the heart and soul of the Achewillow podcast, providing her editorial muscles and deep cooking experience to improve upon story and give it that little touch that tickles your ears. Where her voice is the meat, these extras are the seasoning.

Amy is a versatile artist and crafter, comfortable behind a sewing machine, a stove, at a painting desk or a computer doing all the audio editing that you enjoy with every episode of Achewillow. She is also a consummate entertainer and you can find her doing Twitch streams and videos when she’s not too busy spoiling her friends with gifts and treats, no matter where they live.

JF Dubeau : The Writer of Wrongs

The primordial goo from which the story of Achewillow rose, JF’s imagination and writing is the raw clay used to sculpt the podcast. He toils late into the night to craft the characters, the tales and the world so you can explore and enjoy.

A man with a tooth too sweet for words, JF is the burning engine of the Achewillow podcast. Caught in a constant state of brainstorming, Miriam, Olivia, Gulliver and all the denizens of the small town are never far from his thoughts, always simmering as he tosses in new ingredients just to see what will happen.

A trained designer and addict of the narrative experience, JF has been writing fiction for over half a decade and so far published two books (The Life Engineered, a science fiction novel and A God in the Shed, the first in a horror trilogy). Beholden to no particular genre, his writing tends to span a wide gamut, but recent years have seen him drawn increasingly towards YA.
